Don’t let the looks fool you because I almost missed out on one of the best meals I’ve had. I have never been a big fan of fish, and honestly, this place didn’t immediately catch my attention from the outside. For the longest time, people kept telling me I had to try it, and I kept saying, “No, I’m good.” They finally got so tired of hearing me say no that they offered to buy my meal if I didn’t like it. Well… they won that bet. I was completely shocked by how amazing everything was. The fish was incredibly fresh, perfectly seasoned, and nothing like I expected. It didn’t have that overly fishy taste that usually turns me away from seafood. Every bite was flavorful, cooked perfectly, and honestly changed my opinion about what good seafood can taste like. The service was friendly, the food came out quickly, and the portions were generous. You can tell they care about the quality of their food, and it absolutely shows. Now I’m the one telling everyone they have to go. It’s funny how quickly I went from refusing to even try it to recommending it to everyone I know. My wife and I enjoyed a couple six medium fried shrimp specials. They come with two sides. She picked french fries and hush puppies and I went with french fies and cole slaw. We sampled each others and loved it all. The cole slaw was just right, not to sweet and fresh, fries were crisp and tasty, the hush puppies hit the ever widening spot. Great food at a very reasonable price and bare bones decor...I always say you can't eat ambiance.

Best fish sandwich I’ve had thus far! I placed my order over the phone. The gentleman who answered the phone was kind, and thorough with taking my order. I arrived about 15 minutes later, paid for my food and it was already packaged and ready to go. I was provided a drink cup and chose to get their flavored tea. The market is very small, but they have a few tables if you’d like to dine in. Also, the market side has fresh seafood for purchase. Parking lot is also very small. The tea was delish! The fish sandwich was hefty, crispy, freshly made, and flavorful. This was my first time trying soft shell crab, it was “fishy” but perfectly fried. The fried fish was also well prepared! Overall this was a great fried seafood experience!

This is officially my new favorite place for fried seafood! From the moment we arrived, everything was wonderful. There’s plenty of parking, and the atmosphere is so warm and welcoming! I was juggling my toddler and baby, and one of the owners stepped in and kindly held my baby so I could get my toddler settled. She was incredibly sweet and even brought my toddler some fries while we waited for our food. That level of kindness meant so much to me! And the food? Absolutely perfect! Everything was fried to golden perfection and ridiculously delicious. We had scallops, fish, shrimp, salmon, oysters, crab claws, hush puppies, and fries — basically fried EVERYTHING — and every single bite was amazing. The tartar and cocktail sauces complemented everything so well! We had trays to share with family, and everyone loved it! You can truly taste the care that goes into the food! We will absolutely continue supporting this wonderful family-owned small business!

This was our first time trying this place and I wish we would have sooner. We had the catfish sandwich as a combo; we chose an egg roll for the side and it came with a drink. We also got the catfish 6 shrimp combo as well with coleslaw and onion rings which were to die for! Everything had just the right amount of batter and seasoning. The sweet tea and lemonade was really good as well. Will totally be back 10/10. Please go give them a try if you are in the area and can do so.
